The Signature Signer membership is the entry point for notaries who want to be visible, verified, and ready to receive signings. It's the foundation everything else builds on, no upfront commitment, just the credentials and platform access that prove you're legit.

When you sign up, you get a Preferred Notary Badge on your profile, priority placement above non-verified notaries, and official "Signature Signings Approved" status. You also get access to Platform E&O coverage so you're protected when you take signings under the Signature Signings brand.

To qualify, you must pass the Signature Signings vetting quiz with a score of 70% or higher. That's the only gate — once you're verified, you're in.

This tier is designed for notaries who want to show up in our network without committing to leads or training packages yet. Same platform infrastructure as paying members at higher tiers — the difference is what's on top.

The Signature Signer Plus membership is for notaries who are serious about learning the craft and want to build their skillset and network alongside verified status. This is where most new notaries land, the sweet spot of affordability and real value.

You get everything in Signature Signer (verified badge, priority placement, platform coverage), plus full access to our Notary & Loan Signing Training program. This covers the documents you'll actually see in the field (loan packages, refinances, seller closings) so you're not learning on the job in front of a client.

You also unlock the Signature Signings Community, where active notaries share tips, ask questions, and trade leads. Ongoing support is included, if you hit a snag in the field, you can get answers fast.

Discounted processing fees apply on every signing you complete through the platform, which adds up over time.

This tier is the most popular for a reason: it's the cheapest way to actually learn the business while staying on the network. Most notaries who join here stay for at least 6 months before deciding whether to move to Pro.

The Signature Signer Pro membership is where income starts. This is the level where 1 signing per month covers your entire membership, and most Pros do multiple signings per month.

You get everything in Signer Plus (verification, training, community, discounted fees), plus Auto-Assignments, the system that sends qualified signings directly to you when you're in range and available. No bidding, no chasing, just signings showing up.

Pro tier comes with minimum guaranteed Out-of-Office fees: $90 for Seller Closings and $100 for Buyer/Refi Closings. Even on tough days where deals fall through, you're covered for your time and gas.

You also get $0 processing fees on all signings you complete. Combined with auto-assignments, this is where Signature Signings shifts from an expense to a profit center.

To qualify, you must complete onboarding and pass the vetting quiz with 70% or higher. Pro members are expected to be available, responsive, and professional, the system surfaces you to title companies based on these signals.

If you're committed to signings as a real income stream, this is the tier that pays for itself the fastest.

The Signature Partner membership is for notaries who don't just want to take signings, they want to build their own signing business under the Signature Signings infrastructure. It's the next step up from Pro, designed for serious operators.

You get everything in Signer Pro (auto-assignments, guaranteed fees, $0 processing, training, community), plus the ability to build your own Nationwide Signing Service operating under the Signature Signings brand. We handle the signing opportunities, you handle the business.

Signature Signings manages incoming signing requests on your behalf, routes them to your service, and lets you operate as a full signing service rather than a solo notary. You also get access to Partner Resources: SOPs, scripts, contracts, and the same internal tools we use to run our service.

Brand and marketing support is included, you operate as a Signature Signings Partner, with our credibility and infrastructure behind you.

Pricing: $97/month + a one-time $97 setup fee. Your first invoice will be $194 (setup fee + first month), then $97/month ongoing. There's also a $25 per-transaction fee on signings you fulfill through this tier, this is how the model works at scale.

This is not the right tier if you're just starting out. It's built for notaries who are already doing volume and ready to formalize that into a service.
