Who this is for
Qualified notaries who want the education and community benefits of Plus, together with additional opportunity benefits when eligibility requirements are met.
Complete onboarding before subscribing to Pro
Signature Signer Pro is available only after all required onboarding steps are complete:
- Pass the Signature Signings vetting quiz.
- Have a confirmed Notary Order account. An existing account counts; you do not need to register again.
- Complete, sign, and submit the Title and Escrow Approval Application.
- Submit your signing-service payment setup information.
Once these requirements are complete, you can subscribe to Pro or upgrade your existing membership at any time.
Final title and escrow approval is separate and is not required to subscribe to Pro. You are not eligible for opportunities from title and escrow clients that require approval until that approval is confirmed. Current credentials are also required for applicable assignments.
Completing onboarding makes you eligible for Pro; it does not automatically change your membership. Already a member? Once onboarding is complete, use your membership controls to upgrade your existing membership to Pro. You do not need to create a second account or purchase a second membership.

Preferred status and qualifying opportunities
Preferred status requires all onboarding requirements to be complete, including a Notary Order profile, a passed vetting quiz, submission of the completed Title and Escrow Approval Application, and payment setup, together with an active Signature Signer Pro membership. Preferred profiles rank highest in the Signature Signings search engine. Eligible signings you accept are automatically assigned to you. Pro membership alone does not grant Preferred status or guarantee that orders will be available.
Guaranteed signing fees for Preferred members
Preferred members receive guaranteed fees of $90 for all out-of-office seller signings and $100 for all out-of-office buyer and refinance signings. These fee guarantees do not promise a number of assignments or a particular income.

You have a Notary Order profile.
Vetted
You have passed the Signature Signings vetting quiz. With a Notary Order profile and a passing quiz result, you rank higher in the Signature Signings search engine than notaries who have not met both requirements.
Approved
You have a Notary Order profile, have passed the vetting quiz, and have submitted the Title and Escrow Approval Application and received title and escrow approval.
Preferred
You have completed all required onboarding steps, including submitting the completed Title and Escrow Approval Application, and are an active Signature Signer Pro member. Your profile ranks highest in the Signature Signings search engine. Opportunities from title and escrow clients that require approval remain unavailable until that approval is confirmed.
Eligible signings you accept are automatically assigned to you, with guaranteed fees of $90 for out-of-office seller signings and $100 for out-of-office buyer and refinance signings.
Membership and onboarding labels are separate. Membership does not replace a passing quiz result or required client approval. Preferred status combines completed onboarding with an active Signature Signer Pro membership. No number of assignments or amount of income is guaranteed.
Costs
The subscription is $29 per month, with only a $15 processing fee per qualifying direct signing facilitated through Signature Signings. This processing fee is separate from the monthly membership.
